We know that you're excited to receive your ASH and CORT adornments and we're elated to ship them to you. We hope this answers a few of your questions that you may have.
Please note that we have a 3 to 5 day processing time before your order is shipped. Allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for your package to be delivered.
We ask that you DO NOT reach out until you have exceeded the days mentioned.
If you have expedited shipping your package still has to be processed which takes 3 to 5 days before shipping out. If you need your package to be shipped immediately to receive it by a certain time please email us first to see if we can accommodate you. email@example.com.
If your order has been assigned a USPS tracking number and shows pre-shipment, please note this is normal and means your order has been packaged and is currently in transit. Due to high volume with the carriers, you may not see scans or movement on your package while it is in transit.
ATTN: Once you've received your tracking number and your package has been dropped off to the postal office (USPS, FED EX, UPS), we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have any issues with your shipping please contact your local postal office.
CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
We aim to process orders as fast as possible this means we cannot guarantee we'll be able to cancel or change your address once your order is processed. Please email us within 24 hours if change is needed. After 24hours we will not be able to change your order.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
You will receive a confirmation email/text when your order has been shipped. (YAY) Please allow 72 hours for your tracking information to be updated in USPS system.
